cwiid-dbg software package provides library to interface with the wiimote -- debug files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cwiid-dbg
cwiid-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cwiid-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cwiid-dbg *
You will get with cwiid-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
